Annike and Jessica met at Temple University in 2013 during their undergraduate studies, and have worked together in various organizations within Philadelphia, Delaware County, and New Jersey . They have collaorated on many professional ventures and projects such as all-staff professional developments, teacher trainings, creating and implementing programs in human service orgs, and more. Together, they formed Collaborative Care Behavioral Health!

Jessica was born and raised in West Philadelphia. She is a proud graduate of Overbrook High School. Jessica earned her Masters of Social Work in 2016 from the University of Pennsylvania. Jessica has since worked with several school districts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to support students with mental and behavioral health needs. Over the past 7 years, Jessica has developed and managed programs designed to support at-risk youth and provided individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.

Annike was raised in rural Western Pennsylvania and has resided in Philadelphia for the past 11 years. Annike has worked with children in various settings since she was 16 years old and became skilled at working with children and young adults with severe mental health needs. Annike earned her Masters of Social Work in 2017 from the University of Pennsylvania and has worked as a social worker, therapist, and program coordinator in correctional settings, community based agencies, public schools, higher education settings, and more. Annike has been providing individual and group therapy for 7 years.
