Thriving with Anxiety (ages 11-14 )- This group supports adolescents dealing with anxiety at home, school, and in their communities. Using a group CBT model, we problem solve and learn together how to best cope with anxiety symptoms and build confidence.

Navigating Neurodivergence (ages 11-14)- This group is for adolescents with ADHD or ASD Level 1 to strengthen social skills and be part of a neurodivergent-affirming community.

$50 per 50 minute session

Propping Up Parents: Parent Support Group- This group is a space for parents of children with mental health challenges to discuss struggles, skill share, and receive support and validation.

School Collaboration Services- Getting your child the support they need in school can be difficult; the processes in place can be slow and complex. Our support extends outside of our office as we collaborate with you and your child’s school to ensure that their behavioral health needs are met.

We offer:

• $50 an hour for in- school observations

• $100-$150 per report development which includes preliminary diagnoses and Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and 504 plan recommendations

• $50-$75 per behavioral support plan developed
